"Not great on my phone"
I tried using the site on my phone and it just felt clunky, pages were loading weird and jumping around a bit. It took me way longer than it should have to find basic stuff, I ended up getting frustrated fast.

"Shipping took much longer than expected"
I ordered from ciphotoca.com and the shipping was frustrating. The website made it seem like it would arrive within a certain timeframe, but then the tracking barely updated for days, so I wasn’t sure what was actually going on. It eventually showed up, but way later than I expected. The whole thing was confusing and not really worth the wait for me

"It was okay, but not quite worth it for me"
I tried CIP Photo hoping it would be a good value, and at first the price seemed reasonable. After using it for a bit, though, I found it a little more basic than I expected.
It’s not terrible, but for what I paid, I was hoping for something that felt a bit more polished or higher quality. Since there seem to be cheaper options that do about the same thing, I probably wouldn’t purchase it again

"Cheaply made and frustrating support"
This was disappointing. The item felt cheap right out of the box, and after just a few days it already broke. When I tried to get help, it felt like they just kept pointing to their policy instead of actually trying to make it right, which made the whole experience even more frustrating.

"Order arrived way later than expected"
My order did eventually show up, but it was much later than I expected and the tracking barely updated the whole time. I reached out to support and got one reply, then it was just silence after that. it made me feel like I was just a ticket number instead of an actual customer. It wasn’t a total disaster, but I definitely wouldn’t order again if I needed something to arrive on time.

"Helpful support, just a little slow"
Customer service was actually really helpful — they answered my question clearly and didn’t make it confusing. It did take a bit longer than I was hoping, which was a little frustrating, but they got everything sorted in the end. Overall, a good experience

"Custom order came out really close to the preview"
I ordered a photo blanket and it looked close to the preview when it arrived. The colors were just a little darker than I expected, but not enough to bother me. Overall, I’m happy with how it turned out and it feels nice having something so personal made well
